This
nice apartment of about 100 square meters is situated right across
from the park Riegrovy Sady in the part of Prague called Vinohrady.
The district of Vinohrady is quite exclusive and
it was here the more wealthy people built beautiful houses in the
late 19th century and
early 20th century. The area is relaxed and has
many nice shops, bars/pubs and restaurants, and very close to this
apartment you’ll find the the fabulous Italian restaurant
Aromi. Vaclavske Namesti (The Wenceslas Square) is a 5-10 minute
walk away, and of course there are also good connections by tram and
metro quite close. It is a nice and quiet neighbourhood and still
close to everything in the centre of Prague.
The
apartment was completely refurbished in 2007. It is on the first
floor of a beautiful building which has an elevator. It has two
separate bedrooms with double beds and a living room with two
comfortable sofabeds which can also be used as a sleeping area for
up to 4 persons. There is satellite tv. The modern and large kitchen
is fully equipped and has a good dining area. There's also a roomy
hall which gives a nice atmosphere to the apartment. In the bathroom
there is a bathtub with shower attatcment. There's also a bidet. The
wc is in a separate room. In the apartment you'll find a small
washing machine, safe, iron and ironing board.
